Are you often producing brochures, magazines, business cards or other kind of printing?  Then it’s possible to safe a lot in Poland. You have to expect that the delivery will take a few days more, but the savings are often about 25%. The quality is the same in Poland as from the printing companies that you know at home, but the upstart’s fees and margins are much lower. Creations of ads, advertising materials, artworks etc. is also a lot cheaper to have produced in Poland.
